At the start, you work with a Client Partner. After the listing goes live, a Viewing Specialist takes over inquiries, viewings, and feedback. At key decisions, the team connects so you always know who is handling what.

The Client Partner owns the strategy, preparation, presentation, and listing launch. The listing usually goes live within 48 hours of receiving the documents.
After the listing goes live, the Viewing Specialist takes over daily communication. They manage buyers, viewing times, and feedback in the system.
The Viewing Specialist hosts every viewing personally, captures buyer reactions, and gives you a clear output instead of a vague “we will get back to you”.
The Viewing Specialist brings qualified buyers. We then evaluate offers by price, financing, terms, and the likelihood of closing.
After accepting an offer, we align contracts, escrow, payments, land registry, and deadlines. The Client Partner holds the commercial frame, while the Viewing Specialist passes on buyer context.
We oversee handover, the protocol, follow-up documents, and the final summary. The goal is that the sale does not turn chaotic after signing.
Client portal
You see your case status in real time, including who your contact is for the current phase. Everything is in one place: documents, steps, and deadlines.
Your team
Externally, you mainly work with two people. Each has their phase, responsibility, and a clear reason for communicating with you.
